how I know the economy in Dallas is okay

-30 minute wait at p.f. changs at 2 oclock in the afternoon
-at 4pm we tried to make reservations at stephen pyles for the same evening, none until 9:30
-tried Hibiscus, none until 9:45
-finally decided on The Porch. (it was awesome!!) got right in, but it was packed by the time we left, as were all of the other places to dine surrounding it.

i think we're doing okay down here
